• Only libraries, not executables
  • The presense of main functions doesn't preclude being a library
  • Useful functionality does
• Must be licensed under the LGPL
• Must include or offer source code
  • As per GPL's section 3
• Change notices and license notices are required
  • As per GPL's section 2
