Notes:

1. The manual is in README.txt

2. dxpacks are plain old zip files, renamed. Use this to your advantage when
making clocks. The INI file within the zip is plain text. Write a program
to spit out additional numeral entries. Throw graphics files into the zip
manually - it's quicker.

3. Send me bug reports (with fixes, if possible). Send me links to your
clocks, too.

4. I am not a Windows programmer. In my day job, I hack Perl on Linux
boxes. This is my first program ever using Cygwin, and my first Windows
program in a few years. That's why the code is so terrible. If someone
knows something about Windows, and can make the program hide itself, please
send a patch.

5. I figured out the API calls by dissasembling DXMailNotify, by Alberto
Riccio of StarDock.
