Preheat oven to 325

Butter and flour 8inch sq baking pan 
Or butter pan, put down parchment paper,  butter and flour

In a Heavy saucepan:

2 oz Ghiradelli or other fine unsweetened chocolate
1/2 unsalted butter

Remove from heat, add
1 c sugar

Then stir in:

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla

Then add
1/4 c flour
1/4 tsp salt

(1 c nuts)

Pour in pan
Bake about 40 minutes.
